The Quality Assurance Coordinator I works closely within the Quality team to help to ensure the Autumn Harp Quality Compliance programs are up-to-date, accurate, and appropriately documented. This includes data entry, tracking and assisting with calibrations, pest control, and water sampling, and ensuring quality critical documentation is properly completed, stored, and tracked. . The QA Coordinator I helps to represents the Quality Department in the manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enters data, including for pest control, water sampling, customer complaints, and quality system elements such as deviations, investigations, and CAPAs. Tracks requirements, progress, and closures.
- Responds to routine customer complaints; gathers and trends data and tracks closures.
- Assist with training on Quality and documentation topics
- Administers calibration database and tracks calibration due dates. With support, conducts some internal instrument calibrations and works with external calibration vendors to ensure calibrations are conducted in a timely manner and all
- required paperwork is completed accurately and on-file.
- Supports internal pest control program and works with external vendor(s) to ensure program is maintained, documented as required, and updated as necessary.
- Ensures documentation is current, controlled and filed in accordance with the document control procedure.
- Maintains the Quality Systems Tracker database, tracks due dates, and works with relevant stakeholders to ensure there is follow-up and extensions requested as needed.
- Supports the Holds and Rejections Processes. Works with others in the department to ensure proper tracking, tagging, and follow-up.
- Supports the temperature and humidity monitoring programs, tracks logged data.
- Maintains accurate files and records, in compliance with customer, GMP and FDA regulations applicable to operations. Files all reports as necessary in a timely manner to remain in compliance.
- Helps to create an atmosphere that supports respect, honesty and open communication among all employees; encourages employees to celebrate accomplishments and have fun
Skills and Experience required:
- College preferred or related level of experience
- 1-3 years of quality-related experience within an ISO or FDA environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and database management
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to communicate well – both externally and internally
- Ability to work independently as well as being a productive and positive team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent listening skills
- Comfortability asking questions and raising potential issues.
E3 Shift; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:00am
The Team Leader will report to the Shift Supervisor and perform duties as assigned that include: meeting the daily manufacturing schedule, helping associates with specific duties, solving problems, and communicating daily manufacturing information to the production teams. The Team Leader needs to be familiar with machinery and equipment; able to trouble-shoot as necessary and as directed. Good listening and leadership skills, as well as good follow through characterize this position. Leads by example and represents manufacturing mission “to make quality products and provide outstanding service”.
Job Responsibilities:
- RedZone Navigation: The ability to assist team members in navigating Redzone tablets. This involves using an Apple tablet to help complete quality and maintenance checks throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains and adheres to all safety rules and reports safety issues.
- Ensure team meets or exceed all quality expectations
- Review daily schedule with a mindset towards success.
- Drive to meet improvement targets for these crucial areas: units per labor hour measure, defect per opportunity measure, and downtime or OEE measure.
- Ensure that all required work associated with your team is covered on a daily basis.
- Relay changes and information to the team members.
- Facilitate/Coach new process changes.
- Exemplify the “can do” attitude with suggestions which are a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.
- Communicate work standards to production and track results.
- Arrange and complete training with all new hires, both regular and temporary employees.
- Advises Supervisor when disciplinary action is warranted.
- Coaches team members on attitude, productivity and interpersonal skills.
- Support Operational Excellence program by doing audits and actively being part of an OE Pillar.
Skills and Experience required:

The Quality Sampler is an entry-level position that reports to the Quality Control Supervisor and works independently to insure received materials meet quality standards by sampling raw materials and components and performing inspections and tests associated with all materials used in Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and performs sampling of all incoming goods used in a cGMP production environment.
- Completes and files all related documentation.
- Samples, reviews, and coordinates all incoming labels, components, packaging, and raw materials in accordance with but not limited to established procedures such as Mil Spec E-105, internal procedures or customer requirements
- Evaluates and approves labels, components and packaging materials based upon appropriate standards, specifications, and allied tests
- Evaluates, tests and approves raw materials
- Files all inspection and test data associated with labels, components, packaging and raw materials in their appropriate files DELETE
- Coordinates material holds for all nonconforming items
- Uses laboratory equipment and devices to assess raw materials
- Understands color-matching theory and performs direct color matching needs against standards. Ability to differentiate colors using standard color matching techniques including a color spectrophotometer DELETE
- Works independently, and is able to communicate specific quality issues to employees, line leaders, supervisors, and managers DELETE LINE LEADERS
- Participates in Quality Assurance team meetings, development of QA goals, QA operating budgets, and works to achieve those goals and to meet or beat standard cost objectives and works with others in a shared space
- Supports QA and Production training activities related to product and production quality
- Creates an atmosphere that supports respect, honesty and open communication among all employees; encourages employees to celebrate accomplishments and have fun
Experience and Skills required:
- Prior manufacturing or laboratory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate well – both externally and internally

E2 Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00AM - 7:00PM

Our Compounding Technician ensures that all products are batched in accordance to the formula manufacturing instructions or “recipe”. You will stage and verify all required ingredients for bulk products and use state-of-the-art machinery to mix and blend raw materials. Our compounding team is responsible for product flow to manufacturing – providing high quality product that meets standards for flavor, color, viscosity and visual appearance.
