This position will play a dual role, dedicating time between both office coordination and Senior Leadership support. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Formulation Chemist to join our team in an environment with strong commitment to internal and external customer service. This position supports the development of new products with a strong focus on core cosmetic chemistry principles, including formulation, testing, pilot, and scale-up activities. Works independently on routine formulation adjustments and assists in developing customer formulations.
The Reconciler position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and responsible for the accurate closure of records through the validation of inventory, problem solving discrepancies and preforming appropriate adjustments to reflect this analysis. This role assists in the month-end closing procedure requiring Saturday coverage once/month.
E2 Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:50am – 7:00pm
Reporting to the Material Handling Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for preparing, staging, and delivering materials to production while ensuring accuracy and maintaining inventory integrity. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, works well independently and as part of a team, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic. The ability to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) is required for this position.
This role requires the ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., as well as stand and walk for extended periods. The Material Handler may also assist on production lines as needed.
