Maintenance Planner
Sunday - Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Plant Engineer, the Maintenance Planner will ensure the plant receives professional maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance. Along with service call prioritization and delegation, the Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining an overall maintenance program that includes, but is not limited to; preventive maintenance procedures, understanding and communicating equipment availability, participate in the planning of upcoming projects, scheduling and time management within the Maintenance team. The Planner will also prioritize and determine the resources necessary for a project and ensure that all bill of materials are updated, kitted, and issued; as well as provide equipment-related expertise and technical guidance.

Production Team Leader – Night Shift
The Team Leader will report to the Shift Supervisor and perform duties as assigned that include: meeting the daily manufacturing schedule, helping workers with specific duties, solving problems, and communicating daily manufacturing information to the production workers. The team leader needs to be familiar with machinery and equipment; able to trouble-shoot as necessary and as directed. Solid communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent follow through are required for this position.
Mechanical Operator – Night Shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm to 7am)
Our Mech-Ops work as line operators and also assist mechanics with setups, changeovers and preventative maintenance as assigned. Our ideal candidate is either a mechanic who is willing to work on the lines or a line operator who has strong mechanical aptitude. Solid communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent follow through are required for these positions. Must be able to perform exacting tasks by hand; lift 40-50 lb loads; stand and walk for 12 hrs/day; and have average reading and math skills.
Preventive Maintenance
We have a Preventive Maintenance Technician position available to work with the maintenance team to keep our machines humming!
This individual should have a good working knowledge of the machines and equipment within our facility and be able to perform highly diversified tasks to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to maintain production and batching equipment. Skills needed include, but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting ability and repair of all machines and equipment. Must be highly motivated, have good time management and organizational skill and able to work independently.
Duties include: execute and refine the preventive maintenance program, maintain preventative maintenance logs on all equipment and systems, setting up and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment; assisting operators as needed; locating sources of problems; repairing defective parts; adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments; controlling downtime; fabricating repair parts; and helping to maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.
Requirements include: At least 3 years Mechanical, Electrical or Machining experience in a manufacturing environment, good people skills, good eyesight and hearing, the ability to lift moderate to heavy loads, the ability to stand / work for 12 hour days, and the ability to work around hot pour perfumes and fragrances.
